Funds Withdrawal
Submit withdrawal requests securely from your Client Area for faster processing.
Cut-off time
Withdrawal requests cut off time is 12:00 AEST/AEDT. Requests submitted after this time are processed the following business day.
Fees
We do not charge additional fees. Your bank may apply intermediary or beneficiary fees.
Trading usage
Funds are intended for trading. A processing fee may apply if deposits were not utilised for trading.
International wires
International Bank Wire Transfers may take up to 14 days and incur additional fees.
Cards
Card withdrawals are free. Once processed, funds typically arrive within 3–5 business days (up to 10 in rare cases).
Secure Client Area
Submit withdrawal requests from your Secure Client Area for faster processing.
Same source policy
Payments must be returned to the original source where possible (e.g., PayPal / Neteller / Skrill).
Expired / new cards
Upload your new card. If the number differs, provide a letter from your bank confirming replacement.
Lost / stolen / cancelled cards
Provide a letter from the issuer confirming the old card is no longer valid.
Activate new cards
If a newly uploaded card hasn't been used for deposits, make a small deposit to activate withdrawals.
Documentation
We may request supporting documents (receipts or statements) before releasing funds to a new card.
First withdrawals
For first wire withdrawals or Vietnamese IB withdrawals, provide a bank statement for your registered bank.
Thai Internet Banking
For Thai IB withdrawals to a Thai bank, upload a clear photo or color scan of your bank book.
Third‑party payments
We do not process payments to third parties. Joint accounts/cards accepted if you're a named party.
